Jamie Simmons
Managing Director
Starting his career at Siemens Energy in Protection Design, Jamie quickly gravitated to commissioning works via working on the Siemens VSC based Static Var Compensators being deployed on the Round 2 offshore windfarms such as London Array & Gwynt Y Mor.

Jamie then went on to specialise in the commissioning and operation of protection systems for DNOs, first working for an EPC contractor and then in house for a UK DNO.

Jackson Forshaw
Engineering Director
Starting his career in the Royal Air Force, serving 7 years as an Aircraft Avionic Engineer - carrying out repairs, maintenance and modifications on the mighty Boeing CH47 Chinook helicopter.
​
Upon leaving the military he began working closely with the UK DNOs, driving performance and implementing new technologies whilst leading innovation projects.
Naturally, he then moved to a DNO carrying out construction, maintenance and repair work as a Senior Authorised Person on the 11kV underground & overhead system in the North West.
Jackson progressed onto the Transmission system/Technical Support Unit undertaking commissioning of protection & control systems including in-depth system analysis of Partial Discharge, VLF/PD mapping of cables & quality of supply.
Jonathan McCreavey
Operations Director
Jon's background includes extensive experience as a Site Manager, overseeing complex HV/LV works, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Substation Control Systems and cyber upgrade programs.
From overseeing HV/LV installations and supervising multi-disciplinary teams to implementing SSOW protocols and LVAP procedures, I bring a disciplined, detail-driven approach to every site. My focus is always on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement — backed by a deep understanding of both technical systems and strategic business delivery.
